• If you’re an Agency prepaying for a Client or making a bulk payment, please use the Client login with the Client ID (located on the righthand side of an invoice) and your billing zip code.​
• If you’re an Agency paying for orders already invoiced, please use the Agency login with your Agency ID and billing zip code.​
• If you’re a Client making any type of payment, please use the Client login with your Client ID (located on the righthand side of an invoice) and your billing zip code.​

If you’re an Agency your Agency ID can be provided by one of our Accounts Receivable team members by emailing CFC_AR@cox.com or calling +1 877-695-3338 . For all other Clients, your Client ID can be found on page 1 of your invoice on the righthand side.​

Validate you have entered the information correctly by comparing it to a recent invoice. If you have entered everything correctly, please contact our Accounts Receivable team utilizing the email or phone number provided at the top of this page.​

Review your invoice again and confirm you entered the number correctly. The Invoice ID can be found on the lefthand side of your invoice. If the number was entered correctly, it may not be found because it has been paid in full. Try to search by Bill Period (MM/YYYY) to retrieve all unpaid invoices from that period. If the invoice is not found it has been paid in full.​

If you are disputing an invoice or feel you’re due a credit, please reach out to your Sales Consultant.  ​

Please confirm the credit balance on your account by reviewing your last package/statement.  Once confirmed, you can reduce an invoice(s) by your credit balance.​

Invoice Balances Due are not updated immediately and could take up to 48 hours to reflect your payment. Please use your confirmation email as proof of payment or contact our Accounts Receivable department if you have any concerns by utilizing the email or phone number provided on page 1 of the FAQ’s.​

Please validate you have entered all your credit card information correctly. If so, you will need to contact your credit card provider for further details as to why it errored.​

You have exceeded the maximum number of line items allowed, which is 25. Please submit these line items for processing before continuing. Once submitted and payments are confirmed, you can remove these records by clicking ‘Remove’ to the right of your confirmation codes.​

Each line item cannot exceed $750,000. If you are paying an invoice that is greater than this amount you will use the ‘Split’ feature to separate the payment for a single invoice into multiple lines.

Payments are not authorized to exceed the balance due. If you are trying to pay for another invoice, please search and add it to make your payment. If you’re trying to prepay for an invoice, please utilize the ‘Bulk Payment/Prepay’ button and add the amount you want to pay.​

For security purposes, if you’re inactive on the payment portal longer than 2 hours you will need return to the login page to validate your Agency/Client ID and billing zip code to make a payment.​
