Soccer is back! The 2021 season promises to be a memorable one for the books with the highly anticipated debut of Austin FC, intense rivalries, the opening of three new soccer stadiums and the most expansive schedule in the league’s history. Follow all 27 clubs as they battle it out for a chance to win the MLS Cup on December 11 at 3:00pm ET, airing living on UniMas.
Format: Each club will play 34 games – 17 home games and 17 away games.
National TV in USA:
- FS1 will carry 25 matches, with all matches simulcasted in Spanish on FOX Deportes
- Univision will carry 11 matches UniMas will carry 14 matches, with games on both networks simulcast on TUDN and streamed live in English on Twitter
Opening Weekend: April 16 – 18, 2021
- Friday, April 16: 2020 Western Conference Final rematch between Seattle Sounders FC and Minnesota United on FS1 and Fox Deportes
- Saturday, April 17: Austin FC will make its anticipated debut against LAFC on FOX Deportes
- Sunday, April 18: Inter Miami CF host David Beckham’s former club, the LA Galaxy, on ESPN Deportes
MLS Cup Rematch: August 21, 2021 at 5:30pm ET on FOX Deportes
Heineken Rivalry Week: August 20 – 29, 2021 on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, FOX Deportes, FS1, and Univision
Audi 2021 MLS Cup Playoffs: November 2021
